Our Small Group Personal Training, offers friendly coaching, support motivation and results.
At a fraction of the price that 1-1 personal training costs, this is a great fit for you if you're looking for a personalised fitness and nutrition plan and enjoy the atmosphere and support of working with a small group of like-minded people.
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions have a maximum of 4 people per session, this allows us to focus on your training and goals.
You don't need to worry about organising a group for your sessions, we will bring you together with others sharing the training slot. However if you wish you can organise you own group.
HOW IT WORKS
Consultation takes place on your first visit, here we will discuss your current lifestyle, goals and training history. We also ask for you to fill out a 3 day food dairy so we can start coaching and guiding you on the fundamental nutrition habits.
2. FITNESS PLAN
Using the information from the initial consultation, we will then plan a personalised fitness plan for you. This plan will run for a 4 week period.
3. BOOK SESSION
You are now free to book on to any session on the timetable. Bookings can be made via telephone or face to face. You can view the timetable here on this website.
4. NUTRITION COACHING
We will provide you with regular nutrition habits to practice and lessons to improve your knowledge and skills.
5. PROGRESS REVIEW
Here we complete re-assessments to see how you're progressing. We will discuss your goals again to see if we need to make any changes.
