If you feel that group training is not for you, our 1-1 Personal Training allows you to have our complete focus and coaching during your sessions in our private studio gym.

 

 

The added benefits of 1-1 Personal Training is that your coaching doesn't end after each session. We will plan your extra workouts for the week to complete when your not with us, provide you with regular nutrition lessons and practices both online and face to face.

HOW IT WORKS

1. CONSULTATION

Consultation on your first visit, here we will discuss your current lifestyle, goals and training history. During this session you will have a movement assessment and any other fitness tests that fit with your goals. We also ask for you to fill out a 3 day food dairy so we can start coaching and guiding you on the fundamental nutrition habits.

2. FITNESS PLAN

Using the information from the initial consultation, we will then plan a personalised fitness plan for you. This plan will run for a 4 week period.

3. BOOK SESSION

Sessions can be booked via the telephone or face to face.

1 : 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

4. NUTRITION COACHING

We will provide you with regular nutrition habits to practice and lessons to improve your knowledge and skills,

5. PROGRESS REVIEW

Here we complete re- assessments to see how you're progressing, we will discuss your goals again to see if we need to make any changes.
