I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working my way up to Personal Training gaining experience and confidence through my job at my Local Leisure Centre. I have obtained coaching skills and knowledge through working with clients on a 1-1 basis and in a group setting. I love to coach people how to move correctly and it gives me great pride when I see people progressing and reaching their goals.

I believe in keeping things simple when it comes to training, through experience I've found that people progress and achieve better results when training this way. Simple doesn't mean boring workouts, it involves training that has stood the test of time, real movements, real results.

When you train with me, there will be a big focus on training and progressing in the fundamental movements which will go a long way to helping you reach your goals, whether its fat loss or sports performance. My training plans will see you progress gradually, they are not a quick fix approach, my goal for you is to feel, look and move better and be able to sustain these results.

When I'm not Personal Training, I love being outdoors participating in trail and fell running, walking and road cycling. A typical training week for me would be strength training, running and cycling, so as you can see I enjoy a variety of activities!!
