Habit Based Nutrition Coaching
 

Nutrition is often under valued or over complicated leading to unrealistic and unhealthy nutrition habits. As a certified Precision Nutrition coach I will coach you using simple and realistic practices that can be easily followed in your busy life. Going back to the basics of nutrition and practicing these consistently will go a long way to improving your health and body composition.

Exercise alone won't get you the great results you are aiming for, both nutrition and exercise are as important as each other! This is why nutrition coaching is included in all our personal training packages.

 

My nutrition coaching won't involve fad diets, meal plans or complicated macronutrient or calorie counting. These plans often work in the short term but fail to teach you the skills and knowledge to sustain these changes. Instead I will focus on coaching and supporting you to make the right food choices for yourself through personalised simple daily practices that build into long term habits that become second nature to you.

NUTRITION COACHING

HOW IT WORKS

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

During your initial consultation together we will find out about your current lifestyle and nutrition habits. 

2. THREE DAY FOOD DIARY

You will be asked to complete a 3 day food diary to provide us with a better insight into your eating habits.

3. NUTRITION HABITS

Working together we will set new habits and personalised daily practices to help you develop better eating habits. 

4. NUTRITION LESSONS

You will receive regular lessons alongside your habits you are working on.
